Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days from dispatch, depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, weather, and carrier backlogs can add time.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to show its first scan.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at additional cost.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve it with you.
